We’re back! After a school-related hiatus, The Journey of Powerful Voices (JOPV) is up and running and very excited today to be releasing the official Introductory Video for the project.
For those who are new to our project, JOPV is a film project that will illustrate the healing journeys and stories of strength of people who have experienced sexual assault in their lifetimes. Utilizing Frances’ expertise in visual-journalism and documentary-making, and Becky’s experience in production and sexual health academia, we will be highlighting one story of survival every month.
Logistically speaking, we are currently working on establishing a solid relationship with a non-profit organization which will be willing to act as a fiscal agent and will allow us to accept tax-deductible contributions to our project. STAY TUNED!
